Yoga Flow Classes in NW Portland at Studio Blue

Gentle Yoga

A beautiful way to begin your week. This Monday morning gentle class will begin with brief centering and breathing exercises. Class will continue with small movements to prepare joints for larger movements. Students will be guided through a series of yoga poses and exercises to promote joint stabilization, strength and flexibility through the entire body. Week to week will vary, but you may expect to enjoy hip openers, neck releases, shoulder stabilization, hamstring flexibility, spinal mobility, and balance challenges.
