The Springboard is a perfect balance between our Pilates floor work and the Reformer. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down using resistance and assistance to build core strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Classes will also help articulate the spine, and strengthen weak back muscles, while improving posture. You’ll love the feel, the challenge and the fun of working with resistance in a new way.
