This class utilizes different tools, including the foam roller, various trigger point release balls, and hands on release techniques. We will focus on releasing the neck and shoulder region, the hips, legs and other tight areas where our bodies hold tension. This is a great class for anyone looking to gain more flexibility and increase range of motion. Audra will teach you techniques to release tension anywhere on the go! When class is over you’ll be floating on a cloud feeling taller, renewed and relaxed!

In this class, Keph emphasizes full body integration and teaches you how to move from your core–your center. Your center is the source of power from which all movement should originate. We often don’t think about the fact that gravity pushes down on us and the floor literally pushes back up. In this class you will learn how to move from your foundation, making you more balanced, stable, and integrated as a whole. You’ll leave class feeling connected and grounded – strong and stable — yet also stretched and open.

This class starts standing using movements to warm up and mobilize the spine and all major joints. The first half of class you’ll continue to be upright working on squatting movements, lunges, planks and balance work. We’ll add in props like hand weights to challenge coordination and work the arms. The standing leg and arm work will feel similar to moves we do on the Pilates reformer. The second half of class moves down to the mat and focuses on core work, spinal articulation and glute work using props like the Pilates ring and mini band. Your instructor will offer modifications for each fitness level in class however it may not be right for you if you have any injuries or pain that might be exacerbated by squatting or lunging movements.
