Foam Roller Stretch – 6/14/20 – 60 min

This class utilizes different tools, including the foam roller, various trigger point release balls, and hands on release techniques. We will focus on releasing the neck and shoulder region, the hips, legs and other tight areas where our bodies hold tension. This is a great class for anyone looking to gain more flexibility and increase range of motion. Audra will teach you techniques to release tension anywhere on the go!
