Instead of lifting WEIGHTS, the TRX suspension system utilizes YOUR BODY WEIGHT…essentially, its your body versus gravity.
TRX suspension training classes are designed for all people, all ages, all fitness levels. Anyone who is a novice to an elite athlete can do TRX suspension, because YOU select the angle of your own body. To increase the intensity, move away from the TRX suspension frame. To decrease the intensity, move closer to the TRX suspension frame. You are in control.
All Level and Intermediate classes are restricted to clients who have taken beginner classes at the studio.
Our mat room has a strict NO SHOES policy. If you feel you would like extra support, gripped ToeSox are available for purchase at the studio.
