Join Kacie every Sunday in October for a progressive mindful movement and guided meditation series using Springboards
Kacie will direct gentle Pilates movements using the Pilates springboard to connect the body and the mind and to find neutral alignment where our healing energies flow easiest. Guided meditation practice will follow the movement portion of the class where participants will learn techniques to connect with the breath. Each week we will have a new focus for movement and guided meditations. Small class size will ensure every students receives personal movement guidance.
