We specialize in both rehabilitative Pilates and sports specific training, customizing a program for your particular needs.

New Series! Booty Camp

"Booty Camp" is a special 6-week circuit training, get-a-jump-on-your-beach-body workshop. In each one-hour session you'll do intensive cardio, pilates exercises on the mat and various equipment, balance work, weight lifting and elastic resistance training. We'll set up 3 stations for each circuit, rotating thru them twice for 60-seconds each before moving on to the next group of 3. This kind of circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and fat burning. Email for more info about this kick butt boot camp!
