GIVE YOURSELF, OR YOUR MAMA THE GIFT OF YOGA! The muscles around your pelvis govern the health, mobility and strength of your low back. Learn how to effectively open your hips and strengthen your core so you can stand and sit taller and easier! In this workshop you will learn tools to loosen joints through mobilization exercises and how to stretch your hips with deep breath and long holds of certain postures.
The room will be heated to generate a cleansing sweat.
