This workshop addresses a concern that is universal: getting—and keeping—your balance. Proprioception, flexibility and strength are all factors in this most basic of movement skills and, through clear and practical application of accessible concepts of biomechanics, participants will gain more control over each of these elements. The result is a greater sense of security in posture, stride and athletics.
*This is an active workshop; participants should come prepared to move. Open to attendees of all experience levels.
