Audra is fully certified through BASI to teach mat and equipment and is a NASM certified personal trainer. She has taken the BASI Injuries and Pathologies course and maintains a current CPR certification. With a background in movement, Audra recognizes the benefits of Pilates for athletic conditioning, injury prevention and neuromuscular reeducation. Her personal experience using Pilates for pain management and injury rehabilitation, coupled with her fervor, humor and encouragement makes Audra a welcoming and reassuring instructor. Audra is staunchly body positive and is resolute in the belief that anyone can do Pilates regardless of age, fitness level, size or preexisting condition. Not only does Audra meet clients where they are but encourages a collaborative relationship with them. She is excited to draw from Pilates or Personal Training to help clients address postural and muscular imbalances, perform daily tasks with greater confidence and ease of movement, enhance recreational activity performance, achieve a deeper mind-body connection as well as helping them reach their personal fitness goals.
